Membership Program Information
The Lashe Spot’s new membership program not only streamlines the booking and payment process, but also allows clients to take advantage of exclusive perks and pricing. After the initial application of the lash look of their choice, guests who purchase a membership package will enjoy two maintenance/re-lash appointments every month at a special rate.
Memberships, which are billed monthly, allow guests to schedule their next appointment online or by phone and eliminate the hassle of having to pay at each appointment. Rather than committing to one location, members can book their next service at any of The Lashe Spot’s four salons. With each salon located in a different neighborhood, the flexibility of being able to visit all four is ideal for busy women on the go.
Other membership perks include 10% off all salon products and discounted pricing on The Lashe Spot’s other beauty services like blowouts, manicures/pedicures and brow shaping.
Payment Info & Policy
Failure to provide a 24- Hour notice to cancel or failure to show up for a confirmed appointment will result in a loss of 1 package unit.
Packages are NON-Transferable between locations; NON-Transferable between other clients, friends or family. Packages once activated are NON-refundable.
Packages expire within one year.
Mode of Payment
Visa, Mastercard,Discover, Debit and Cash accepted.
Are appreciated and of course are discretionary. We are unable to add them to your credit cards.
These are a terrific way to surprise or introduce a friend to our facility. We offer great packages, special series and A la Carte items. If you need someone to help you, just speak with guest services.
To ensure quality service for all our clients, all appointments for spa and salon services are guaranteed with a credit card.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If you fail to call or show, we will assess a fee charged to your credit card.
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 mins provided we hear from you.
If you are more than 15 mins late the service will be adapted to the time left and the full amount plus late fee will be charged.
We ask that you consider others, staff and patrons. No cell phone use during treatments and all beepers and cell phones on vibrate at all times.
