Packages

Failure to provide a 24- Hour notice to cancel or failure to show up for a confirmed appointment will result in a loss of 1 package unit.

Packages are NON-Transferable between locations; NON-Transferable between other clients, friends or family. Packages once activated are NON-refundable. 

Packages expire within one year.  

Mode of Payment

Visa, Mastercard,Discover, Debit and Cash accepted.  

Gratuities

Are appreciated and of course are discretionary. We are unable to add them to your credit cards. 

Gift Certificates

These are a terrific way to surprise or introduce a friend to our facility. We offer great packages, special series and A la Carte items. If you need someone to help you, just speak with guest services.  

Booking Appointments

To ensure quality service for all our clients, all appointments for spa and salon services are guaranteed with a credit card. 

Cancellations Policy

Our policy. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s) or voucher will be forfeited.

Late Policy

Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 mins provided we hear from you. 

If you are more than 15 mins late the service will be adapted to the time left and the full amount plus late fee will be charged. 

Cell Phones 

We ask that you consider others, staff and patrons. No cell phone use during treatments and all beepers and cell phones on vibrate at all times.
